Palestinian Gunman Injures at Least Eight People in Jerusalem Shooting
JERUSALEM—A Palestinian gunman opened fire on a bus near the Western Wall in Jerusalem’s Old City, injuring at least eight people, including American citizens, and left two in serious condition, Israeli police said. Doctors delivered the baby and both the newborn and mother are in stable condition, said an official from Jerusalem’s Shaare Zedek hospital. The predawn shooting was the first such attack inside Israel in months.
